In order to solve the problems of high energy consumption and low heat dissipation efficiency in the data center, China Mobile South Base and our company cooperated to build a data room test platform using efficient heat dissipation methods. Through a large number of simulations, the R&D team of our company proposed a new type of server cooling system combining water cooling technology and heat pipe technology, and carried out actual operation. The PUE of the test room was reduced to less than 1.2, and the energy saving effect was significant.

The project has produced 20 technology patents and 8 core papers, which is of international leading level. The core component of the water-cooled heat pipe radiator is independently developed by our company and has been patented. The radiator utilizes the high-efficiency thermal conductivity of the heat pipe to bring the heat to the water-cooling plate through the heat pipe, and then the heat is carried out through the cold medium in the water-cooling plate. This water-cooled heat pipe radiator has the advantages of good heat dissipation effect, no noise, and easy maintenance.
